Yes, absolutely. Every single booking includes a fully trained operator with over 15 years of industry experience. We manage the entire stitching process from arrival to pack-down, so you can focus entirely on your guests.
How does logo digitisation work?
We handle all technical design prep ahead of time. Whether you are sending us corporate brand logos or choosing from our elegant cursive fonts and mini-illustrations for a baby shower, we pre-load everything onto our machine so it is ready to stitch instantly on the day.
What garments do you provide?
We bring a premium selection of blank stock, including t-shirts, polo shirts, tote bags, and caps. For private celebrations and baby showers, we also supply luxury organic cotton baby blankets, sleepsuits, and bibs. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own branded garments or textiles.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we work with events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large corporate events. No minimum order required - we're flexible to meet your needs.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We highly recommend booking 3 to 4 months in advance, especially for peak corporate exhibition seasons and summer wedding months. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice for urgent, last-minute events—just get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen.
Are there steps or stairs at the venue?
Our state-of-the-art embroidery machine weighs approximately 50kg and is transported on a mobile dolly. While our two-person crew can safely lift the equipment up a few shallow steps, we must know about any stairs, steep inclines, or narrow access points well in advance. Please notify us of the venue's layout during booking so we can confirm logistics and ensure a smooth, safe setup.
What are the venue space and power requirements?
Our sleek, compact machine station requires a footprint of approximately 3m x 2m and access to a standard UK mains power outlet. The machine runs cleanly and quietly, making it ideal for both busy exhibition halls and intimate private dining rooms.
